If a certificate is going into a frame, go 250gsm or above. Lighter stock ripples against the mount within a few months in Nairobi humidity, and it's visible from across the room.
Finishing
Gold or silver foil stamping on the seal, border or signatory line. Blind embossing for a raised logo with no colour — understated, and it photographs well. Spot UV for a gloss-on-matte effect that only shows at an angle. Gold-edge trimming on premium awards.
Foil and embossing use a physical die, so there's a one-off die cost on the first run. Reorders with the same design skip it entirely, which makes annual award cycles cheap after year one.

We accept PDF, AI, PSD, EPS, INDD, JPG, and PNG files. For best results, submit print-ready PDF files with 3mm bleed and 300 DPI resolution.
How fast can you print it?
Three options: Standard (3 days, no extra charge), Express (2 days, +KES 500) and Rush (same day in Nairobi, +KES 1,500). Turnaround is production time; delivery follows.
How long does delivery take?
Production takes 3 days on Standard or 2 days on Express; Rush is same day in Nairobi. Nairobi delivery (KES 400) arrives within a day of dispatch and upcountry delivery (KES 850) takes 1–3 days. Delivery is free on orders over KES 10,000.
Can I get a proof before printing?
