If a certificate is going into a frame, go 250gsm or above. Lighter stock ripples against the mount within a few months in Nairobi humidity, and it's visible from across the room.
Finishing
Gold or silver foil stamping on the seal, border or signatory line. Blind embossing for a raised logo with no colour — understated, and it photographs well. Spot UV for a gloss-on-matte effect that only shows at an angle. Gold-edge trimming on premium awards.
Foil and embossing use a physical die, so there's a one-off die cost on the first run. Reorders with the same design skip it entirely, which makes annual award cycles cheap after year one.
Personalised Name Printing
Send your recipient list as Excel or CSV and each certificate comes out with its own name, award or course title, date and reference number. No setup fee from 100 pieces up, tiered rates above 500.
Two things save everyone time: put each field in its own column, and send the list exactly as you want it printed — we print what's in the cell, including the typos. A quick proofread of your own spreadsheet catches more errors than our proof stage does.

No design? Our graphic design team builds a template around your logo, brand colours and signatory block, and hands you the print-ready file to keep.
Supplying your own? PDF, AI or PSD at 300 DPI with 3mm bleed. Leave 15mm clear inside the trim edge — certificates get framed, and mounts eat the margin. Every job gets a digital proof, and nothing goes to press without your approval in writing.
Complete the Set
Certificates rarely go out alone. Match them to letterheads and envelopes on the same conqueror stock, present them in branded folders, or add photo framing for headline recipients. For the ceremony itself: nametags and lanyards, printed programmes and a roll-up banner behind the stage.
