Are your printed mugs safe for microwaves and dishwashers?
Yes. Because we use industrial sublimation rather than surface stickers, the ink is permanently fused into the outer layer of the ceramic sheet. They can be heated in the microwave and washed repeatedly in high-heat dishwashers without cracking or fading.
What happens if a mug breaks during shipping?
We pack all ceramic items using specialized, shock-absorbing "Secure-Wrap" boxing. However, if any mug is damaged in transit, we honor an immediate No-Breakage Guarantee — simply send us a photo within 24 hours of delivery, and we will reprint and replace it free of charge.
Can I print a full photographic image around the entire mug?
Absolutely. You are not restricted to just a small front logo. We can print full-color, edge-to-edge wraparound photos, custom artwork patterns, or detailed marketing graphics spanning a maximum printable landscape area of 20cm x 9.5cm.
Do you offer graphic design support?
Yes. If you don't have ready artwork, our in-house design team can help you lay out your logos, text, or brand colors cleanly on a digital mockup before production begins.
How do I maintain magic mugs so they last longer?
To preserve the special heat-sensitive external coating on magic mugs for years, we recommend hand washing them with a soft sponge. Avoid steel wool or highly abrasive scrubbing pads.
