PrintShopKE Return Policy

At PrintShopKE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If there are any issues with your printed products due to errors on our part, we offer the following solutions:

1. Reprint Policy

We prioritize quality and will gladly reprint your order free of charge if:

  • There are printing defects (misprints, smudges, or color inaccuracies).
  • The product arrives damaged during shipping.
  • There was an error in production (wrong size, material, or finishing).

How to Request a Reprint:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]

Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will review and process your reprint request within 48 working hours.

2. Refund Policy (Limited Cases)

Refunds are only issued if:

  • The order is canceled before production begins.
  • A reprint is not possible (e.g., discontinued product/material).

Refund Process:

  • Refunds exclude transaction fees (as per payment processor policies).
  • Processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Orders with errors due to customer-provided files (low resolution, incorrect formatting, or typos).
  • Changes requested after approval and production.
