Terms of sale – PrintShopKE®

This page sets the terms and conditions of this platform (PrintShopKE®) where we  supply printed materials to businesses and individuals(persons aged 18 years and above) in Kenya. Please read these terms & conditions carefully because by ordering /paying for any service you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.

1 Information About us – Who we are

PrintShopKE® is a trademark owned by PIXEL ADS COMPANY LIMITED (“We”, “Us”, “Our”) We are a registered company based in Nairobi Kenya located at No.9 Mpaka Road, Westlands.

2. About you (“the client”, “buyer”)

By using our website (https://www.printshop.co.ke), you consent to us using your personal information ONLY for the purpose of processing your order and providing our services.

By placing an order on our website (https://www.printshop.co.ke), you agree that:

i) You are a person aged 18 Years and above.
ii) You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

The contract between you (“the client”, “buyer”) and us is formed after you successfully place an order online through our website (https://www.printshop.co.ke) by making payment or by signing an agreement with us.

3. Use of Our Artworks (Designs)

We design artworks for our clients. The artwork can be done before placing an order for your approval or after you place an order. You have to proofread and confirm the artwork/design is good before we start the production and all information in the artwork is correct. By confirming(approving) we will not be responsible for any details skipped. We are only responsible for products quality (material quality, print quality and product finishing – cutting, binding, lamination, branding and glue work) of the materials we supply. The same case applies to the artworks provided by the client/buyer.

4. The information/materials you provide

The information you provide to be printed must be accurate and original. It must comply with laws applicable in Kenya. That information MUST be:
i) accurate (where it states facts)
ii) genuine (where it states opinions)
and must NOT be
i) defamatory of any person
ii) offensive or hateful
iii) promoting sexual explicit information/materials
iv) promoting violence
v) promoting discrimination based on ethnicity, gender, race, religion, disability, language, pregnancy, marital status, physical appearance, social economic status, political affiliation or beliefs, skin colour or age
vi) likely to deceive any person in Kenya
vii) promoting any illegal activity in Kenya
viii) threatening, invading other people’s privacy
ix) inciteful

5. Delivery

Any order you place with PrintShopKE must be delivered to the address you provide to us. Delivery takes 1-3 working days for small orders and upto 14 working days for big orders. After placing an order, you will receive a notification from us through our email address ([email protected], [email protected]) or through our phone numbers (+254746174084, +254707423280)

6. Quality

The quality of the materials supplied will be good as per the approved artwork either  provided by “the client”/”buyer”. You agree that the slight color variations may happen when printing the files or branding the items. This is because the way the  artworks appear on different computer/mobile device screens is not the same. Providing pantone color codes will help us produce materials with the original colors. We cannot be held liable for color variations in the printed artwork, if the pantone colour codes were not provided. But when an error occurs on our side; we offer to reprint your work and deliver to you at no additional cost. Please provide us with all the information about the colours, materials, product finishing.

7. Risks & Ownership

Immediately after you receive the materials (Printed and non-printed) you will be responsible for them (items) and they will be at your own risk. Products ownership is passed to you on delivery.

8. Prices & Payment

The prices for all the products on our website may change within a period of time. This may be  affected by rising  of papers/branding materials prices in the market. When material prices go up, we may need to adjust the prices for us to be able to supply good quality products to you. This does NOT affect the orders already placed and that are being processed.

On the other hand, online  payments are processed by an independent company (iPay Africa) and it is safe and secure. You may choose to pay via Mpesa or debit cards or any other payment available at iPay (www.ipayafrica.com)

9. Return Policy

If the supplied items are not as per what you ordered, you can return them to our shop. In such scenario, we shall offer to reprint the work and deliver to you at no additional cost.

10. Privacy Policy

The information you provide to us is safe. At Pixel Ads Company limited,  we only collect your contact details (name, phone number, email and delivery address). We use that information to process your order and to contact you when we do delivery. Payment information is not stored on our website. Please be aware that we reserve the right to modify Terms of sale – PrintShopKE®, as well as our Privacy Policy, at any time with or without prior notice to the user. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being publicly posted. If you continue to use our Website after any modifications, you are indicating your acceptance of the updated terms.
