A tabletop rollup banner — also called a desk mini rollup, retractable tabletop display, or counter banner stand — is a miniature version of the standard floor-standing roll-up banner. Instead of standing 200cm tall on the floor, it sits on a desk or counter at 30–60cm height, making it ideal for close-range viewing in customer-facing environments.

The mechanics are identical to a full-size roll-up: the printed graphic is stored inside an aluminium base cartridge and pulled upward along a support pole. When you are done, it retracts into the same cartridge for protection and storage. The unit includes a carry case for transport between events and locations.

• A3 Size (29.7cm x 42cm print area) — larger visual impact, ideal for wider counters and exhibition tables. Starting from KES 5,200.

Both sizes include the aluminium retractable base, support pole, printed graphic, and carry case. All you need to do is pull it up and place it where it needs to go.

The graphic is printed on premium gloss or matte polyester film at 720 DPI minimum. This produces a crisp, vibrant image that looks professional even when viewed at close range — which is the primary viewing distance for a counter display. Standard roll-up banners are often viewed from 1–3 metres away. Tabletop displays are viewed from 30–80cm, so print quality and image sharpness are absolutely critical. We do not compromise on resolution.

The aluminium base is anodised for durability and gives the unit a sleek, professional appearance that suits high-end corporate environments and retail environments equally well.

Many businesses use printed A4 cards in cheap plastic frames on their counters. The problem is obvious — they look cheap, they get damaged, they slide around, and they are not easily updated. The A4 unit stands approximately 30–35cm tall when assembled. The A3 unit stands approximately 45–50cm tall. These heights are ideal for counter viewing at seated or standing customer interaction height.

Yes. The aluminium retractable stand is designed for repeated use. It is the printed graphic that wears out or becomes outdated, not the stand itself. Many of our corporate clients reorder graphics several times a year for the same stands.
