By subscribing to the PrintShopKE newsletter, you agree to receive marketing communications from us. Please read these terms carefully before subscribing.
1. What You Are Subscribing To
When you subscribe to the PrintShopKE newsletter, you consent to receive marketing communications from PIXEL ADS COMPANY LIMITED ("PrintShopKE", "we", "us", "our") via email and SMS (text message) to the email address and phone number you provide.
2. Types of Communications
Our marketing communications may include:
- Promotional offers, discounts, and coupon codes
- New product announcements and service updates
- Seasonal and special event promotions
- Order-related tips and printing guides
- Company news and updates
3. Frequency
We will send marketing emails no more than 4 times per month. SMS messages will be limited to important promotions and will not exceed 2 messages per month. We respect your time and will not flood your inbox.
4. Your Discount Code
Upon subscribing, you will receive a unique 10% discount code that can be applied to your first order on PrintShopKE. This code is single-use, tied to your email address, and subject to the terms displayed at checkout.
5. Consent
By checking the consent checkbox and completing your subscription, you provide explicit, informed consent for PrintShopKE to use your email address and phone number for marketing purposes. Your consent is voluntary — you are not required to subscribe to use our services or make a purchase.
We store a record of your consent including the date, time, and method of consent for our compliance records.
6. How to Unsubscribe
You may withdraw your consent and unsubscribe at any time by:
- Clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any marketing email
- Replying "STOP" to any marketing SMS

Unsubscribe requests are processed within 48 hours. Unsubscribing will not affect any orders you have already placed.
7. Data Usage and Privacy
We collect your email address and phone number solely for the purpose of sending you marketing communications and managing your discount code. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

8. SMS Standard Rates
Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to SMS communications. PrintShopKE is not responsible for any charges incurred by your mobile service provider.
